IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Team Roster Sheets: To complete team registration prior to each game, all team members must provide their names, ID numbers, and signatures. Please try to have rosters completed for the required manager's meeting.
Accidents and Insurance: Rec Sports and the University of Oregon are not responsible for any injuries incurred in rec sports activities or recreational play. Each activity has a certain degree of injury risk. We strongly recommend that students who are not covered by health and accident insurance purchase the policy offered through the ASUO.
