THE REC!
SRC Personal Trainers
Tyler

I consider regular exercise to be a crucial part of anybody's life.  When you are fit it allows you to pursue your dreams with a vigor and energetic passion that would otherwise be limited.  It is therefore my passion to motivate and coach people to the realization of their fitness goals. When people think it is too much work and no fun to achieve a high level of physical fitness, than that tends to be what they will get, and vice-versa.   Convince the mind and the body will follow!
