Online Membership Renewal

Our online membership renewal page is accessible to students, staff, faculty (and their partners) who have current memberships and valid UO accounts and UO ID#s. Transactions specified below will be billed to your account through EITHER payroll deduction or the UNIVERSITY CHARGE system. If you don't know the difference between these two options, please read the following statement.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

University Charge (current students, faculty/sfaff)

  • The total amount listed on this billing authorization will be charged to your university account.
  • Payments are due on the first of each month. Unpaid balances are assessed a $6 billing fee and are charged 9 percent annual interest.
  • You will receive a statement by email to your official university email account with the total amount due and payment date.
  • You will NOT receive a paper bill in the mail until the bill is past due.

Payroll Deduction (faculty/staff only):

  • Individuals must be employed with the U of O or OUS
  • The total for the services you have selected will be deducted monthly from your paycheck.
  • The length and amount of deduction depends on the length and type of services purchased.

Other forms of payment for renewal services are not currently available (e.g. credit and debit card transactions).


After you submit your renewal request, a follow-up e-mail will be sent to your UO APPROVED e-mail address informing you that your request has been processed. Note: confirmation may take several days!

NOTE: This form is for renewal of a membership ONLY. Initial sign-ups must be conducted in person at the SRC.
